I have an idea, but I'm really hesitant to put it to use, because it's probably unethical.
As a moderator, I can edit comments made by other people here.
Whatever vesta posts is a "rough draft;" she needs an editor.
And so I've given thought--but no, I won't put it into action, because it's probably unethical--to, after vesta posts her rough draft, editing her comments so that they make sense, so that other members here find them agreeable.....or at least more readable.
(It sounds good, but no, I have no intention of doing it.)
Oh Frank, now you have tickled my curiosity. Editors cost money and if anyone wishes to Edit my ramblings for free, go for it.
It would be nice to get up in the morning and read edits to my posts so I understand them myself.
I find in life it is more healthier to make fun of my faults then to make fun of others.
As for Steve, it is oh so hard to not pick him apart, but I try to see the errors of his ways and gently point them out. He has invested time and money on his quest to be elected to some never heard of position in town government---Yet he does not look responsible or professional seated with 3 others running for the same spot. 2 of the men look professional but he and the third look like they were getting ready to mow their lawns.
Shoes shined a spit and polish look, a well trimmed beard, hair { even if it is down to his waist can be pulled back neatly.} Military brat and wife for most of my life, I can tell who is in charge in civilian life by the way they dress and handle themselves.
Yup, appearances do matter and I would never vote for anyone Republican that looked or acted scruffy. If they cannot at least take the time to put their best foot forward, then, well imagine Hillery going out side the house with her hair up in curlers, or Sara with cold cream smeared on her face.
