Delete Network Adapter?

Vista Home Premium 64BIT

4gigs of memory


I had to replace my original video card (unfortunately with a cheaper one) and I am wondering if the second network adapter (arrow pointing to it) in the picture is related to the old card?
(notice the yellow yield sign?)

I went from a GT9800 to the GeForce210.

That ASIX connection is the only way I could connect the fios ethernet cable to my pc.
(Ethernet to USB adapter)

If it isn't related to my old card .. what do I need it for?

Everything is working (kind of).  :rofl:

Can I delete it?
(The adapter)

I am hooked directly to my Verizon Fios router.

Okay .. someone just said that they think it is to my onboard Ethernet controller
