No to turkey burgers. There's something about the idea of grinding up raw turkey that just doesn't seem right. I want my turkey roasted, then sliced on soft bread with lots of mayo, salt and pepper, with sweet pickles on the side.

I make a whole beef tenderloin stuffed with sauteed mushrooms, diced green onion and minced fresh parsley with crumbled bleu cheese, tied up, then marinated in red wine vinegrette for 8 hours, then baked for about 40 minutes.
On my burgers I want either pepper jack, provolone or swiss.
