do you think the prosecution has been told by higher ups (gov etc) to sandbag this trial (I personally think that there is a whole lot of money behind the defense such as NRA etc)

1. I think there is a very real possibility because

a guilty verdict could leave the Sanford police, etc. open to law suits. jmho

watching it. The defense has gone so overboard they have managed to place doubt in the jurors minds. If the jury will just realize Z was STALKING Trayvon after lying to the dispatcher that alone should make the jurors take notice. Z went after him with a gun in his belt. There is no doubt in my mind Z wanted to make the police dept take notice that he would be a good candidate for the force. Z was obsessive about being on the force.

He'll know that he got away with murder.

He'll spend the rest of his life looking over his shoulder, looking for "threats", because that's how he sees the world. He's going to view every young black male as a potential threat, just as he's been doing for years.

Eventually he'll put himself in a situation where he'll once again pull his gun (which he'll still be allowed to carry) and use it to take another life. He'll claim once again that he was in fear of his life. More than likely the local law enforcement will be sympathetic to his cause, and history will repeat itself.

Sounds to me someone is trying to justify an assassination.

Which, of course, made the prosecutions case fall apart like a Democrat Health Care scheme.

I've heard this 'lying to the dispatcher' claim several times. I've even heard it from some of the HLN talking heads. Has anyone said what the alleged lie was suppose to be?

And asjr needs to get up to date on the lib talking points because the last I heard the left is now trying to claim that Zimmerman already had his gun out. Of course, that story may already have changed. The left's scenario has changed several times so it's hard to keep track.

And, as we know from Zimmerman's own words, Trayvon was moving AWAY from Zimmerman. So how did Zimmerman and Martin end up in a violent struggle if Zimmerman wasn't still pursuing Martin? We know now that they DID confront each other, resulting in Trayvon's death.

So doesn't this strongly suggest Zimmerman was lying to the dispatcher?

Negative .  The risk of oil penetrating the area where your primer is seated is too great.  Polish the feed ramp and the use quality mags is all you need.

As to the wanna be cop meme. One witness that coordinates the neighborhood watches for the police offered George a job with a uniform of some type to liaison with the police and the watches. George turned it down pretty much destroying that made up lie from the msm. Other witnesses stated that George was working toward being a lawyer.

I'm not sure which team is more crazy; the DUchebags or the msm douchebags so invested  in the hoped up charges and bringing on riots? The talking points are almost identical, just like the democrat party and Al Qaeda talking points.

It is the fact that nothing was done for over a month until public opinion picked up and demanded it. It was the evidence collected being held improperly, getting moldy. It is not doing drug or alcohol testing on the one who shot and killed but only on the one killed. It is the sweeping under the rug-ness of it, whether due to racism, cop-ism, family string, whatever. It is not just Zimmy getting away with it and having absolutely no remorse. It is not just the way the father was FINALLY notified or how long it took.

It is the whole thing. Not just the lies and the lying lier. But the whole unfairness of it all. It is proof again that the system, while better than some, is rigged so badly that you can kill someone based on false assumptions and get by with it. You can do whatever you want, if you live in the right place, with the right people in positions of power.

We have come so far and have so far yet to go.

Or maybe your a racist thug trying to kill an innocent man to explain away your miserable failure of a life.

They should have grilled the cops as to why they went so easy on Zimmerman, instead they allowed them to tell the jury all kinds of nice things about Zimmerman without serious confrontation. The evidence against Zimmerman is overwhelming so this should be an open and shut case, but I worry Zimmerman will walk in large part because the prosecution won't take up any line of questioning that might embarrass the police.

And Obama doesn't play socialist hardball.
