I love his music. Been to five concerts. My Sirius is usually parked on Radio Margaritaville.

Have fun! This year it sounds like he's bringing out brand new material.

Have fun!

I enjoy his music.  I generally host a Parrothead party up here in the frozen north in February.  Carharts and leis, little umbrellas in everything from beer cans to sweet drinks.  Buffet music up loud.  Always have fun.

Whenever he is in our area, my daughter will pack a big lunch and party at his concerts.

Used to see him on the streets in Key West.....he looked just like all the other Key West weirdoes....regulars.

How/where were your seats?

I've seen him from the lawn and from the floor; I think I like the lawn-seats atmosphere better... :drunksailor:

Not sure why his music and that kind gives so many people a headache.  But, I hear the same thing the day after our Parrothead parties.

Did I mention I hold them in bars?  In towns of 300 or less?  :whistling:

I've always wanted to start a restaurant named Jimmy's Buffet in Key West where all I served were margaritas and cheeseburgers.

You do know there is a restaurant in Key West called Margaritaville? Cheeseburgers and margaritas. Sadly, it's not very good.  :(  But it is always packed with tourists hoping to see him.  :whatever:

I've seen him in concert here... and singing on stage on Duval Street in Key West. As great as the concert was, it was so much fun on Duval Street.

Seen him a few times at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. He puts on a good show.

His sister owns a restaurant called Lulu in Gulf Shores AL. The food is okay and is reasonably priced. Nothing special but the atmosphere is great cause it on the water, they play his songs and have the largest color TV that I have ever seen. Would be great to watch sporting events on that monstrosity. Don't even think about going there during the summer ( a two hour wait to just get in the front door) Next to the restaurant is a gift shop with all kinds of Buffet's merchandise.

Love his shows, but his tickets are damn expensive. I just can afford $157 a pop for decent seats, and we're to damn old for lawn seats.

I used to like Jimmy Buffet. Then one fateful office party a guy named Marty played non stop Buffet all night long. Now I cringe when I hear him. Thanks Marty.

I liked Jimmy Buffet until I read one of his books.  Ugh.
