If you want to worship an orange pile of garbage with a reckless disregard for everything, get on down to Arbys & try our loaded curly fries.

The wife is making a chocolate flan this weekend.
But she makes it from scratch.

Out here in the SW, it is a very traditional dessert.

On one of the cooking contests on tv...a guy made a flan with Hawaiian Coffee

One of the traditional recipes (we make this around Christmas) is a flan flavoured with Mexican Brandy, and topped with a a flaming brandy sauce (usually cherry).

Really good stuff.

Now THAT sounds good!
