Pasta Salad(s)
« on: June 10, 2008, 12:46:53 AM »
Betty Crocker has 23 new pasta salad recipes to choose from....might make for a simple take along to a summer picnic.

I might try the Greek pasta salad first.

I used the ranch one as a base, then add a bunch of stuff to make it "dinner"...it's a favorite around here.

My favorite quicky is a chopped spinach and egg noddle salad with sliced jalapano stuffed olives and a chopped boiled egg.  The dressing is a quick mix of red wine vinegar, olive oil, a sprinkle of sugar, and a dash of hot sauce.

That sounds really good with the olives.
