Allow me to be the first to say:

BWAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go ahead, go ahead, whine and cry, tell us how you won't miss him, how he's old, washed up, banged up knees, whatever.

But in your heart of hearts, you didn't want him going to the only team who has a winning record against you over the last decade, and to a team that he'll be getting passes from (gasp!) Peyton Manning.

But you keep telling yourselves you won't miss him, and that he won't have success in Denver like he did in Foxboro.  Meanwhile, September's coming.

No, you're talking about a receiver who has had MORE time injured, FEWER passes caught, LESS yardage, and they paid him MORE than even the Broncos offered.

Oh, and the Pats STILL have no deep threat, and haven't since Moss had his ONE good season.

I read where Welker turned down more money from the Titans to sign with the Broncos.  Stupid he is not!
