BROCOLLI SLAW

1 PKG BROCCOLI SLAW
3-4 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED (INCLUDE TOPS)
1 C. SLICED RAW ALMONDS
1 C. RAW SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1/2 - 3/4 C DRIED CRANBERRIES
2 PKG RAMEN NOODLES, CRUSHED (DO NOT USE SEASONING)

DRESSING

1/2 C. WHITE VINEGAR
1/2 C. SUGAR
1/2 C. CANOLA OIL

MIX 1ST SIX INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL.
COMBINE VINEGAR & SUGAR, STIRRING UNTIL SUGAR HAS DISSOLVED (I HEAT THE VINEGAR SLIGHTLY IN THE MICROWAVE BEFORE I ADD THE SUGAR TO ASSIST IN DISSOLVING SUGAR).
SLOWLY ADD OIL WHILE STIRRING WITH A WHISK.
POUR OVER BROCCOLI MIXTURE, TOSSING UNTIL COMPLETELY COATED.

*BEST IF PREPARED ABOUT 1 HR BEFORE SERVING.
