A small handful of M&M's works as well as anything for me. I can't take sleeping pills...they hype me up, then I do a severe crash about 6-8 hrs later.
She needs to lay down whenever baby does. Even if she doesn't sleep, she will at least rest some.
When my kids were babies, I kept shifting their feedings until I did one at midnight or a little later and they would sleep till about 4-5, I'd feed them and go right back to sleep until they woke up about 9-10. It made a huge difference in the amount of sleep I was getting.
