Rasmussen's reputation hinges on today's election results
« on: November 06, 2012, 04:13:28 AM »
Pollster Scott Rasmussen predicts several things:

1) Romney will win the national vote by 1%.
2) Romney will win the Swing States of Colorado, Iowa, Florida, Virginia
3) Obama and Romney will tie in Ohio and Wisconsin.

For Rasmussen's reputation as a pollster with some credibility not to die, these results must be confirmed by today's election results. If Rasmussen turns out to have the same pro-Republican bias he had in the 2010 elections, his reputation as an accurate pollster (achieved in 2008 and earlier) will take a hit from which he will not be able to recover, especially due to his participation in Republican evens where he gets paid thousands of dollars. http://www.manateerepublicanparty.com/_Press_Releases.html

I am confident that Rasmussen will revert to his pre-2010 accuracy and his reputation will survive.

Rasmussen is just covering his keister by portraying a too close to call, it can go anywhere scenario, so he can still be considered relevant.

And it all boils down to "Can pristine and pure triumph over slimy and disgusting"?

One has to be a self-hating sulfur jackal to even consider voting for a democrat.  I can't image the evil mindset it must take to actually support democrats.  It's sick.

So, pantywaist, umm I mean pandric :thatsright: are you planning on being in the forum tonight, pissing and moaning about how Obama and Dr. Nutz are being cheated at the polls?

Just askin', 'cuz I expect that Skinner will be declaring DUmpCon1 early tonight, and I want to make sure there are plenty of idiots on tap for entertainment.  I'll be recording the MSNBC feed tonight, simply so I can revel in it when Chrissy Matthews cuts his wrists on camera.

And the ban hammer's been dropped.

Mr. Jets_Fan will have to retreat to Canuckistan. Enjoy your winter - I hear it's going to be a cold one.

The day before and the day of the election, Rasmussen was on Fox and he refused to call a winner.  He said the race was too close to call.  He was right, he just didn't count on the fraudulent election.
