Looting?  Fistfights for gas?

Funny, we never had that during the ice storm in 2008, where, IIRC, it was well below freezing much of that time before I got power back a week later.  Some folks went without right up until Christmas--over two weeks.  Little mention made in the media of that.

Same with the windstorm in early 2010.  Power out a week or longer in some spots, but no looting, rioting, and no news coverage outside the local stations, if that.

Must be the people.

The only towns that are considered "poor" in Western Morris County are Dover and Victory Gardens, in 2010 the median income for Dover was $59,454, and Victory Gardens was $52,500.

In NJ when you build Condos you also have to build low income housing in the towns you build in. A town like Morristown is rich, but there's a lot of low income areas in the town.

They tried to do that in Birmingham, MI. A lot of well to do liberals live there. The city is close to 100% moonbat. The city took it to court and won. No low income housing was built.
