This is a gross violation of this student's privacy. You are a freaking pig Pam, who deserves to lose your teaching license.
Seems Pam was just remarking on a work incident that happend at her place of work. The news paper link she gave had much more information then she gave.
So now here we go again, worrying more about the privacy of a law breaker then about the victims rights to speak out on a visual assult by a 15 year old boy with a police record for much the same behavior in the past.
A matter of public record, arrests, convictions and mug shots. ------OH but we cannot identify the Children that commit a crime, unless as in Fla. children as young as 8-10 are tried as an adult.
Most of our country is on the move state to state. What the Hell do we know about who our new neighbors are, we can search the crime data base about the family's our kids play with but not any history on the kids that may be whacked out psycho's living there.
So you have a 5 year old daughter or son that makes friends with a good playmate and they come up missing one day, only weeks after their body is found are you told that the playmates older brother at 15 is all ready a sex pervert with a record, sealed by the court to protect HIS privacy, the family has moved out of state and the police are at a dead end.
Now someone please tell me why do the privacy of a known troublemaker means more to society then your child's life ???
