Spent most of my day in the kitchen....

Made waffles and bacon for breakfast this morning, and since then, we've made a chocolate cake, about 3 quarts of salsa, a big ole pot of potato soup (for later this week), grilled some chicken to have on hand this week, and also made southwest egg rolls, which we had for dinner tonight.

Hope it makes the mid week crazies less crazy!!

There are 5 baseball games this week, and my daughter has dance every night but Friday.  There are also 4 baseball practices mixed in there, and 2 middle school field trips, not to mention the nights I'm scheduled to "work" selling tickets for the Spring Recital.

I was just trying to be a good mom and give my kids something besides cereal to eat for the next week!!  :-)
