Yeah, I just skimmed the site but it looks like $250 is the magic number in Nebraska.  Don't have time to dig right now, so I'm not sure if anything substantive has to have been filed by this date.

Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission

I thought the bottom limit in Nebraska was $5,000--that, quoted by the big guy himself some months ago--but maybe not.  The big guy at the time said he probably wasn't going to get that much, and said he wouldn't have to report.

So we'll have to wait and see.  And it may take a couple of months from now.

I read through the website - If I understand correctly, if total contributions exceed $5000.00 they need to be reported, and all individual donations of $250.00 or more need to be reported, regardless if all donations combined reach the $5000.00 mark.

I do believe that the donations from the DUmp totaled a little over a grand. For some reason 1,050.00 sticks out.

This was from 5,000 donors.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

Ummm, I think four thousand of those were pledges from CC members.
You kinda know how well that worked out. :whistling:

I just looked at a local television stations (KETV) website.  Where it lists the candidates for various offices in Sarpy County NE. his "Lardness" isn't on the ballot.

I went to dinner at a friend's house in Papillion this evening, and on my way back home I decided to swing through Bellevue's 1st Ward to see how it looked on the ground the night before the election.  Most of the City Council signs were for Scott Houghtaling, but I did find one sign for Mr. Dawes:

Interesting bit of trivia. That lot used to be the local hardware store ,I foreget the name but it was closed down when it was found out that the employees sold guns to people that should never have been allowed to get them. I wonder if that is why OS placed his sign there since we all know how much he supports gun rights.

Will socialist Steve Dawes pick up his sign, or will he let it sit and rot, waiting for unionized city workers to do the job for him?
One guess.
Bet yer right. :-)

Ummmm... Celtic Rose, is there any chance you could grab that sign for me? It would make a great trophy on the wall of my garage!

Yeah that would be a keeper with that obvious website error.   :rotf:

Hopefully most voters were smart enough to go to the real site:  www.electstevedawes.com  :rotf:

No way do you get it that easy. It should be procured, and auctioned off !
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

I will  give her mini tacos and beer for the sign.  :lmao:
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

See - Now that's something Dawes can do with his campaign signs, that would get him some recognition for a future run-

Seriously..

Auction them off on EBay, and donate the proceeds to a charity of his choosing. If he runs again, he will have that 'feel good' story already under his hat - It will buy him instant recognition.

Only thing wrong with that idea is that liberals don't spend their own money. They only spend your money.

I would join EBay just to buy a yard sign. For a victory trophy.

In lieu of not being able to have a scalp of the now infamous neckbeard, I would like to have one of those sings in my garage, too.  :-)
