Sixty centipedes + one Fahrenheit = potato.  :p
Then-Chief Justice John Marshall observed, “Between a balanced republic and a democracy, the difference is like that between order and chaos.”

John Adams warned in a letter, “Remember democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet, that did not commit suicide.”

With nadin math she could be a better investment advisor than Bernie Madoff.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.

You'll get about the same return as most of Madoff's investors as well.

Some of the first ones did okay.

The first ones in a Ponzi usually make money, unknowingly setting up numerous others that come after them for failure because the investor can show huge returns.

Yes, that is why I say nadin would do better than Bernie.

Yeah, and now the trustee is clawing it back.
Like nearly $400 million from the guy who owns the New York Mets.
He may have to sell the ballclub to pay back the money.

Yeah, but I want my return in dollars, not in the form of a "good rig"

Suffice it to say, I'll stick with my current financial planner. :-)

I nadined it and "climactic change" seems to be such a common error, it was a choice from google. I even found one article in the Nepali Times entitled Climactic change
Seen and unseen dangers as global warming thaws the Himalaya.
But even later in that article they use the correct word and one can easily put it off as a typo. But it still left me confused. Was it possible that this one time Nadin was correct about something?

So then, I did what I do when I am confused between certain words I Nadined "Climactic vs Climatic" and that would be easy enough even for Nadin to nadin.

Climactic change in Nepal? Finally, Hillary can reach the summit the guy she was named after did without freezing her ass off. A guy that reached that feat after she was born, so, if she has the psychic powers her parents obviously had, she'll know how the trip will go.

If she had psychic powers, would she have married Bill Clinton? Or do you subscribe to the fatalist view of precognition Philip K. Dick explored in The World Jones Made?

Or would it be more like Majel Barrett on Babylon 5 where she saw herself as First Lady and Senator but didn't know the shit she would have to smile through to get there?

Why wouldn't she have married Bill Clinton? You honestly think that relationship was about love? If she has psychic powers, she knew he was going to be Prez, ultimately allowing her to get "power". Seems to have worked out well for the lesbian. :stir:

As a Mets fan, you do not know how badly I want the Wilpons to have to sell the team.

One of my earliest sports memories is sneaking away from my group at the 1964 New York World's Fair to see the Amazin' Mets play at the brand-new Shea Stadium. I remember being stunned to see escalators in a stadium. I also remember Amado Samuel playing shortstop, and firing two double play balls into right field.

A schoolkid could do that back then, with good seats at maybe $5.

Also back then, a chaperone for a group of kids would simply designate a time and place for everyone to meet for the return trip the hotel. No one would panic if you disappeared for a few hours.
