36. So, what happened to "global warming"? I don't see that term used much anymore.

Global warming
Global weather change
Global Climate change
Global Climatic change
Global Climactic change

It's hard to keep track these days.

Let's just mesh all these terms into one easy to remember, apt description for all of them.

"Bullshit."

Even you ought to remember that one, Nadin. Especially since it's also a language-which you are quite fluent in, I might add.

Sometimes, it's funny as hell! 'Specially when it's Snuggles, hahahahaha! Hey where's yer nemesis Ptarmigan? Don't think I've seem him since I been back?

Well it figures NadaTwat! The last time you had a climax, if ya ever have had one, was when Momma pushed ya outa the poop chute, 'cause Ah'm pretty sure yer weren't born, you's was crapped!! Either that, or Daddy jerked off a stump and the sun hatched ya!! There's no other explanations!

That, and or, you're just as intelligent as those idiot libs at the UN, aren't ya? I'll bet you believe every thing they tell ya, right? Like they were just in the Congo on a "Peace Keeping Mission", right?

I can't remember the last time I have seen an individual so full of themselves since Clintoon told us, "I never had sex with that woman"! And he actually said it, all the while, lookin' in a camera, speakin' to the American people with a straight face!

You're still stickin' with that 60 centimeters is a meter, ain't ya? Bwahahahahahahahahaha!!! Ya mean to tell me you don't even have the guts to look it up?

27. Actually I am using the term correctly

As used by the UN among others.

We are the few still using the less accurate global weather change.

Actually, of course, she is not.

She has no idea how comical her error is.

She's so oblivious, she doesn't even recognize that she's wrong.

And even an organization as idiotic and useless as the UN wouldn't make that mistake.

Nutcase nadin is simply psychologically incapable of admitting an error, no matter how inconsequential.

She's wrapped up in a coccoon of her nitwit sycophants at the DUmp, and 99.99% of the DUmpmonkeys who recognize how insulting she is lack the courage or self-respect to challenge her.

Unlike us, Mexicans are not in denial about global climactic change.

Of course mexicans buy into "climactic"[sic] change.

The whole basis for manbearpig's scam was to take money from Americans and give it to shithole countries like mexico, minus a fee for manbearpig.

I think that sentence is pretty close to a complete description of the global warming scam.

If you were a shithole country (like most of the world) you'd be a fool if you didn't totally embrace the global warming scam.

Shithole countries like mexico can smell an American dollar from miles away.

43. I'm just trying to figure out if the OP is serious.

If I take his predictions/words literally about dire consequences and doomsday then I'm disparaged. If I doubt the seriousness or inevitability of his predictions/words then I'm disparaged.

After all the OP isn't saying moderating things like climate change will be an economic burden for some and a boost for others, or will cause population patterns to shift, or that populations will have to adjust over time as has occurred in the past. Oh no. The OP jumps straight to the doomsday scenarios.

So which is it? Doomsday or not? If not, then why the fear mongering? If doomsday then how is suggesting preparing for disaster a bad thing?

 :lmao:

And now: a well-played pun:

One of the strangest OP's I ever read.
Nads lashes out at the obvious detractors, and fails to pick up on the sharp sticks thrust in her ribs.
As far as intelligence, she must rank up there with dead armadillos on Texas highways. :lmao:
She doesn't even realize, her "minions", are the ones jabbing her. :rotf:

Having learnt from the great and mighty Nads that all wisdom can be found at the end of a Google search...I found that the U.N.'s own web-pages refer to 'climate change'.

Naturally this is my mistake, because we all know that Nadin is never wrong.

Naturally this is my mistake, because we all know that Nadin is never wrong.

As you probably know: Nads is a firm supporter of OWS. This has led her to several fights with more "mainstream" DUers who would like that energy dedicated to mainstream political contests ala the Tea Party.

Nads and the other True Believers have rejected that suggestion at every turn. It would co-op and corrupt the nature of the movement, they argued. OccuPie had to be its own movement. There would be no joining mainstream politics as mainstream politics was the very thing they needed to fight.

Death to the system.

Rage against the (Vending) Machine.

All that sort of silliness.

Then, a few weeks ago, some OccuPie-ers attended a council meeting in San Diego.

Nads immediately took to the forum to excoriate her opposite numbers with cat-calls of, "See, we can join mainstream politics too!"

her combativeness and arrogance know no bounds.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

Every day a new sycophant joins the chorus of those who insist on defending the misuse of 'climactic.'

They defend it by saying it is a poor translation, or that other people do it, but it appears impossible for those followers to say the words "It was wrong, she made a mistake."

If Nads were not so arrogant, she would have admitted the error and made the correction.  But where is the fun in that for the rest of us!
This too shall pass.

That bonfire is still blazing, some really funny exchanges between nadin and her detractors.  She changed the thread title to "En el cambío climático".

it's the misuse of the word "climactic" plus doubling down with hyperbole that are entertaining folks on this thread. you should have realized this by now.
