I don't know why, but I'm in a mood for quiche...anyone have any tried and true favs???

I like Quiche Lorraine.  I usually add a layer of pesto and extra bacon.  Can't go wrong with more bacon.

I may toss in some cut-up boiled potatoes if I'm feeling frisky.
