I missed Maine, Kentucky, and Ohio.

But nowadays one's offered a vast array of different sorts of plates within a state, so it's harder when they're not all the same.

15/15 here.  I didn't look when that test was created, but many of those are old designs.  


The plates were modified, too.  The test would have been a lot easier if they had left the name of the state on there.  :-)

All the specialty, personal plates - Veteran, Environment, Schools, Colleges, Universities, Patriotic, etc., make this identification very difficult nowadays.
