McDonald's introced a "Southern" chicken sandwich.  Tastes just like Chik-Fil-A.  It's even the same sandwich... bun, meat, pickle.

The guy that came up with the Chick-fil-A sandwich, the only thing he had around were pickles.  That's why it only comes with those on it.

Is that what Chik-Fil-A uses?  I think McD's uses corn oil.

I don't care for nut oil.

How about tuna stuffed tomatoes?  With cabbage/celery/onion simmered in butter and chicken broth? And egg noodles in a creamy butter & parsley sauce?

Cooked some salmon patties for my dad & I tonight. My first try at it and they turned out good. Will make a couple of adjustments next time like draining the liquid off the salmon. Wound up adding more crackers than I wanted to so that the patties would stick together when mixed with eggs. Next time might use crab meat. Yum.
