If you want to worship an orange pile of garbage with a reckless disregard for everything, get on down to Arbys & try our loaded curly fries.

My oldest son is a 2 generation Finn and after spending some time in the Upper Michigan in a town of Finnish iron miners- this does not surprise me at all.

No one could understand why I refused to --Go Sauna -with half the town including the mail man completely naked.   Whispers around, this woman is really strange, what is wrong with her body, is she deformed some how.

Crazy, you bet but a good crazy, a long history of survival and the darnedest back breaking work one could think of.   Sons father after leaving the Navy sub service had no problem with the underground mine, as an electrician he made good pay.

Problem was, every week the shift changed, total chaos on the body, their biological time clock was constantly being changed.   I can see why the workers went a bit nuts from time to time.

Good people Lutheran Church goers and possibly the people with the greatest sense of humor I have yet to meet.

This link was from the country of Finnland I believe, but I can see the outrageous behavior right here in the UP of Michigan.

As my son is a son of a Finn-- the love of life in his DNA, outrageous yet honest, hard working, and unless you have never met a Finn, totally just a little bit crazy.
