AF vet, grease monkey, and...gasp...liberal!

Hey there. :)

I originally came over to respond to one of the threads in the DUmpster, but with the warm welcome I already got over there, I thought I'd stick around. :)

A little bit about me, I was in the USAF in the airborne cryptology field until the end of the last year when my term ended, currently living in Omaha until I move back home to Indiana.  Most of my spare time now goes toward working on my baby, a 2001 Ram.

Anyway...that's about it.  Thanks for having me. :cheersmate:

Being a vet is good around here, Semper Fi. You will find lots of like minds.

If you voted for Obama last time around don't worry about it. Lots of people did. Lots of them won't be going there again because of the sharp lurching turn he is trying to take this country in and the overwhelmng majority realizes this.

The left has their pet dramas but levelheadedness has seen this country through for all of its existence, through more trying times than we face today, it will persevere still, indefinitely, despite the ever present cat calls from the looney bin who offer no solutions and do not step up to man the fence.

Hello and welcome, even if you WERE Air Force, or as hubby puts it, Army Air Corps. :-)

BTW, both of my parents were AF veterans.

Hey Cpl - I was AF - a 20810 (linguist) back in the Cold War days - I was mostly at Ft. Meade, but TDY'd all over the place.

Your liberalness will wear off.  :-)
