DUmmies...to get the optimum effect of your gasoline bomb, Just after lighting the wick, you should tap bottle firmly against a brick wall before throwing. This will excite the gasoline molecules and enhance the resulting effects.

Actually, this is one of the reasons we could never have this kind of uprising. If they tried using Molotov cocktails, the DUmbasses would very shortly turn themselves into human torches, and their uprising would be over.

Back in the day, I could buy salt peter (potassium nitrate) and sublimed sulfur from the local drug store three blocks away!!

Referencing the World Book encyclopedia, I got the recipe for gunpowder and burned away!

Someday we'll talk about pouring gasoline 20' down the round manhole/sewer cover then blowing the cover 30' into the air...(me...young..bad boy...)

Burned down a locker in jr. high with a melted mixture of salt peter, sulfur, and sugar in a Swanson's meat pie tin...oh those were the days...

We used to make hand grenades out of medicine bottles (remember when they were green glass?) and firecrackers. You had to light the fuse, screw the lid on REALLY fast, and throw IMMEDIATELY. I'm amazed we grew up with two working eyeballs.

We did the same thing. We went to a fireworks store in Toledo and bought fuse. We would buy bricks of firecrackers and cut them open with a x-acto knife. We would use one of the Excedrin bottles that had a locking cap. fill it up with powder. We could have used some glass, small nails, small fish hooks or BB's, but we didn't. Drill a hole in the cap for the fuse. Encapsulate the bottle in bondo.

It made one hell of a bang.

Zip guns are another story.

Leave to DUmmies not to figure out gasoline is not a good idea when throwing bottles full of flammable liquid. Good way of turnin' into a human candle! Unless of course ya make yer own napalm with some paraffin. I tend to lean toward diesel and 21-0-0, myself. At least that way, they go BOOM!!!!

There were loads of plots like that from the various Anarchist scumbag protester groups at the 2008 RNC. As bad as things were there in terms of violence and rioting, it would have been a LOT worse if it weren't for the fact that St. Paul's police force did a freaking awesome job launching legal pre- emptive raids on the Anarchist groups' safehouses, arrested a bunch of their leaders on valid charges, and confiscated a TON of weapons that the Anarchists were planning to use against cops, convention delegates, and random innocent bystanders. One raided safehouse contained not just Molotovs and slingshots, but also things like machetes, throwing knives, and a compound bow with a full set of arrows.
