I do most of my shopping at Shop Rite and BJ's, I go to Target for a few things I can find cheaper there, but at Shop Rite I get their brand bread for 99 cents, I get milk at BJ's for about $2.59 a gallon, eggs at BJ's are under $3 for 2 dozen, when butter is on sale at Shop Rite for like $1.59 a pound then we load up on it and like NH said we freeze it, also at BJ's I can get 4-1lb packs of butter for under $8, as far as meat and chicken go I get it when it's on sale, either at Shop Rite or BJ's, and I can get the 30 pack of rolls at BJ's for $2.99, so I just buy that and freeze it, also BJ's has cold cuts for half the price that Shop Rite sells them for, I can get a pound of land o lakes cheese for less than $3, and since cheese can be frozen we load up on that. We also use a lot of store brands if they're much cheaper, if Shop Rite Peanut Butter is on sale we load up on it, if Skippy is on sale we load up on it, Shop Rite cereal can be about half of the national brands so we buy that. Also Aldi's has great prices and people should check that out if there's 1 in their area.
