Ok, tried the crock pot roast thingie and it was good! Had it on some toasted hoagie rolls(good choice) with some good sharp provie, with some nice and spicy deli mustard. Do you mind if I make some additions? I'm thinking onions, green peppers and things like that. Thanks for the recipe....
I just put it together and into the crockpot.
I was using up some stuff I had, so didn't follow exact. Added about a cup of beef broth instead of as much water, and added a packet of the Lipton herb and garlic. Hope I don't have too much garlic, as I sprinkled the meat with garlic powder before I browned it in olive oil, and sauteed sliced onions with chopped garlic too. We won't have to worry about vampires....
