44. We aren't even allowed to say that.

We had to run this by the attorney before we could post it.

OK, I'm not a Lawyer, but has anyone ever heard of this at all? I know that juvenile's are protected when it comes to their names, but why can't this person asking for money reveal anything at all?

No, that's total horseshit. If the so-called daughter is currently a defendant in a felony beef, it's a matter of public record, so for this chooch to try claiming that he "isn't allowed" to give up her first name is all the proof a thinking person needs to conclude that this guy is running some serious game on the primitives, starting with skinner.

I thought felonies were part of the public record too.

Is it just me or has there been a lot more begging going on over there ?  Not just authorized like this one.  I for one am surprised Skinhead is allowing the competition. Several times I have seen threads with links to a wish list type url but I have never investigated it.  Hum.

Hmm I don't believe Bear Fan is old enough to have a 59 year old daughter.

Maybe the "daughter" is actually the wife, but he figured the persecuted daughter story would make him more money...

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

I can see why the attorney doesn't want the case details discussed, but the daughter's first name and charges are public record and CAN be shared.

I'm about 120% positive this is a scam.  Why not just use PayPal for donations?  I've never even heard of the site they are using.

I think that to the DUmmies this site gives a little more air of legitimacy to the DUmmies than Pay-Pal does.  :mental:

His name is Steve Martinez.
http://journals.democraticunderground.com/bearfan454

If one can go back and look in the history of his DU Journal, that might have some info. I'm not seeing how one can see previous entries, however.

It's Stevo Martinez and he lives in Taylor, Texas - he's very fond of writing "letters to the editor" (read: moonbat rants) to the local paper. There's also a "Mrs. Bearfan 454" that posts at the DUmp and is apparently the wife.

Interesting, it seems that Bearfan himself had a felony issue about 6 years ago:

Me thinks this poser doesn't want any info out for the simple reason after reading the crime and what evidence is published, would immediately realize said defendant is as guilty as hell and they would be throwing their money away!

That's my read anyway. Even if the link posted isn't the case against his daughter/wife, even DUmmies have a hard time donating money for the abuse of kids! What other reason could he have for not sharing the charges?

By the way Fellow Cavers I need to raise money for my dog.
The partisan democrats have convicted him of a felony.
I can't give any details but you can donate to the fund.

 :-)
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

I think you're right.  The name, county and time-frame are correct and considering the charges saying it was his daughter would throw anybody off when they went looking for it.

Oh my Dear Freeper,

I am so upset to hear of your doggie's unfortunate plight.  Sadly, I have just invested my entire budget on mouse traps.  I will, however, send you healing white light to bolster his spirits until my traps start producing, do you think he would like mouse meat? :rotf:
