I am a community college student who is still exploring my political philosophy. I was a poster at Democratic Underground, but they canned my ass. Oh well.

I would love to debate and even agree with you folks. But at this juncture, internet flame wars are pretty pointless, since America is ****ed under Obama. I agree with you on that.

Take a position on something,be prepared to discuss and debate it and all will be fine.
Ask questions and civilly accept opinions in disagreement.

The bottom line is think out a position and back it up with historical and realistic arguments.

I know some of you don't like me and some of you think I'm a liberal idiot.

I will vouch for Ardent.  He is a young man exploring his philosophies.   He has been run off DU and OET for doing such.  Kind of stupid if you are trying to build a political philosophical movement to attack youths asking questions.  The absolute dreadful treatment of Ardent over there is the reason I'm no longer spending time at OET.  They are morons.

I'm hoping that you here will allow him to explore your points of view and test them.  You may win him over on a few ideas.  I'm not as liberal as you all think I am.  I hate both parties.  I just had to pick a side for a while.  I'm sure if I pick the other side I'm going to be just as disappointed.  I view this more as philosophical debate as the Republic is crumbling at this point with no one who has the courage to save the Republic.
