Not sure I could eat green and yellow bacon. Bacon is good enough that it doesn't need a gimmick.  I guess if I was real creative...

I agree.  Colored bacon brings out a gag reflex in me just by looking at it. 

I followed the link and it mentioned kids at Easter - to go along w/their colored eggs.   :thatsright:
