Justice Department Won’t Name the Attorneys Who Worked on Terror Cases Despite Request From GOP Senators

Linky!!

(CNSNews.com) – After a conservative group posted a video on Tuesday calling for the Justice Department to release the names of department lawyers who previously worked on cases involving terror suspects, a DOJ spokesman responded with a statement that still does not name the attorneys. Republican lawmakers have raised conflict-of-interest concerns about lawyers who represented or advocated on behalf of Guantanamo Bay detainees before joining the Justice Department.

No conflict of interest there, naw, couldn't be.

Damn this guy's admin is really pissin' in my cornflakes!

FOIA doesn't cover this?

Now, now, it's what the "Bummer" thinks is "freedom" after all. And we all know what he thinks about the "F" word!

FOIA only pertains to Repubs anyway!
