Obama supporters: SWITCH---TO---CLINTON!

I am 28 year old male. I am a worker bred in Dayton, Ohio-- I wait tables and make less than 30k annually. Does everyone at DU make more than 100,000 dollars a year? Where's the solidarity? Enough of this bourgeois BS! The time for kum-bah-ya holding hands with Regan REPUKES shouldn't be after 7 Horrible years of their shitty rule.

I will vote for Obama if he gets nominated, but it will be an anti-republican vote. Maybe my candidate voted for a crappy war in Iraq, but I believe that BO would have as well (unless "present" is an option) in the face of Colon Powell's crap intelligence.

Until there is a nominee, for gods sake-- tell Edwards to come back and run again on Universal Health Care. Draft ****ing Gore. Elect Hillary. But for ****S SAKE, think about it before you put a rookie up to bat at the World Series!

Obama supporters, it's Hope Versus Reality now.

EDITED TO ADD: If you're going to come throw a Barackothon flame on my thread instead of considering it, please post your annual income under your "Hell no I'm a sexist ****" messages.

Lots of good replies, but this one...Break out your tombstone chisel, this one is not long for the DUmp.

51. I agree!
"Enough of this bourgeois BS!" That is the Clintons! Why do we want to nominate the second most corrupt regime in US history(first being bush) to rule the US for another 4 years? I guess you like corruption and corporate shills running the country like the bush and clintons. If some how although very unlikely Hillary were to win the nomination I'd abstain from voting as a protest. A vote for Hillary is the same as a vote for McCain. They are two sides of the same coin. Old Washington. Old politics. Old corporate money.

Oh my.

That's a pretty big and nasty and hostile and acrimonious bonfire.

Most of the primitives are little-known or unknown names.

There's some real rage going on there.

Unfortunately, I haven't had as much time to spend in the DUmp primaries forum this year as I wish I could.  From what little I've read, this is no more brutal than 2004, it's just down to two candidates this time.

well, according to Hilary's 'victory' speech last night ... we have a 'looming recession' which means we are NOT in a recession yet. according to economics 101, two *negative* quarters equals a recession and we have had slower growth, but no negatives yet.

she is being very careful not to talk about a bad economy so that, when she lands in the White House (which will never happen) she can claim a robust economy and act like a recession was the furthest thing from her mind.

it makes the DUmp nuts and I hope she keeps it up :-)

^me too. Of course the downside of the close Dem race is that it will draw attention away from the GOP side until it's down to the real nominees.
I can see November 2 from my house!!!

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

It's Bush's fault that you're a loser?  Oh don't get me wrong, not everyone who makes $30k is a loser - just the ones who are unhappy with it and believe that it's someone's else's fault or someone else's responsibility to do something about it.
