On the radio today, I heard an interview with a dealer who submitted a form, had it rejected, submitted the exact same form again, had it rejected again, etc. Did this 4 or 5 times, I think, and the feds ultimately accepted it. Go figure! Then there's the interview of another dealer where he said he's waiting for millions in older funds, but got paid for more recently submitted forms. That one makes me think the feds are trying the lame tactic of fulfilling more recent funds in order to attempt to appease dealers who are waiting for older funds.
