(Sports Network) - Suffering from the longest losing streak in the majors at the moment, the Kansas City Royals try to halt an eight-game slide this afternoon as they face off against the Toronto Blue Jays in the second of a three-game set at the Rogers Centre.

The Royals, who are a mere 8-16 on the road in 2009, have actually lost 13 of the last 15 outings and are now eight games below .500 as a result.
