Yankees place Wang on DL with hip weakness
5 hours, 15 minutes ago
BOSTON (AP)—The New York Yankees placed right-hander Chien-Ming Wang on the 15-day disabled list after Friday night’s 5-4 loss to the Boston Red Sox and recalled David Robertson from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
A spokesman for the Yankees said Wang has weakness in the abductor muscles in his hips that could be related to the right foot injury that sidelined him last year.
I'm only posting those two paragraphs, as the whole story is only five graphs long. The story goes on to say that Phil Hughes will be recalled to pitch against the Tigers on Tuesday.
http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/news?slug=ap-yankees-wang&prov=ap&type=lgnsETA: I'd say that Robertson will be the one to go back to SWB then.
