Had an early Easter dinner here yesterday. Just me & my mom.

Today it will be a little more traditional. Easter Brunch at a Casino.  :-)

I have no idea what I'm having for dinner but whatever it is, I'll be eating it by myself (as usual).

Clementines are back in season (California).  I just picked up a bag from the store.   I picked up a big frozen lasagna and a couple thick ribeyes.  Now I have to decide which one I want for dinner.

I had thick boneless pork chops in honor of the dead pirates.

crowder peas and brown rice.

You got off your ass, now get your wife off her back.

We had:
Antipasto with cheeses, olives, cured meats
Fried Calamari
Rigatoni Marinara (we ALWAYS have a pasta course)
Spiedini (Sicilian styledish, rolled up and skewered breaded veal cutlets)
Stuffed mushrooms, baked sweet potato, green salad and steamed broccoli for sides.
Easter pie and cheesecake for desserts.

(And I wonder why I'm gaining weight :whatever:)
