Mexico has national health care. It is just a very poor country, meaning it has distributed its wealth very unevenly, and isn't able to make it universal as yet. Gringos who live there are expected to employ Mexicans at least part time as house or grounds keepers and pay their insurance. Since the yearly cost is so reasonable, it's not much of a loss.

It's just getting very hard to love a country that blames you for getting sick, cuts you off, and expects you to crawl off and die quietly.

Who ever colored that map got ir wrong.  The United States should be represented by the dark green shade.

Idiots. One one is turn away at a hospital in this country.  It's the F-ing law!
