Why is Gen Hayden, CIA Chief, still in uniform?
 Is he still in the Air Force getting paid as a Gen. & also drawing pay as CIA Chief?

What the Hell is going on with this?

 and he was all spiffed up in his uniform. People who worked with him said they hadn't seen him wear his uniform in YEARS.

He's still a General in the AIr Force.  This just happens to be his current assignment.


I don't know at times whether to laugh or pity the DUmmies for their complete and utter lack of knowledge of the Military.
