I heard someone defend the waterboarding of prisoners because
"we got valuable information" that way.

If I was being waterboarded, I'd be willing to tell you that the moon is made of cheese. Just how valuable is that information
?

2. the only thing we've accomplished by torturing is making torture acceptable to countries

that like to torture.

The irony is that if an American were tortured in another country, these same people would be screaming bloody murder.

3. numerous studies just tell him to do a goggle search
that coerced information is less then helpful, mostly because they use up valuable resources chasing wrong information

4. The idiots who bleat along with the torture champions...
...are no more aware of any "valuable information" thus obtained than we are. This is simply their coping mechanism.

Hmmmm. Water to the face

or

Beheading with dull machetes.

Which one's torture?  :whatever:
Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing;
God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.
He who has God lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.

Unlike what the DUchebags think, we are not like the USSR and prosecuting dissidents (like the DUmpmonkeys would do) but getting actionable information.  Yes, I agree I would say that I was a DUmbass if waterboarded but we are asking what is the plan to kill innocents by the thousands.  This type of information is useable, has been useable, and will continue to be useable.

I have no doubt that whan a D is president the DUmmys will want them to make sure there is nto an attack under their administration unlike the feverently hope and wish for to show Bush was wrong.  They truly are dispicable people with nothing on their minds than promoting their own agenda at the expense of all else.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
