Some Googleing?

I notice they time score to adjust for Google-Fu.

Some Googling?

I notice they time score you to adjust for Google-Fu.

Eupher kicked all our butts.

There are plenty of really fast folks clicking on the mouse. Obviously, the faster you go, the better your score. 'Course, ya gotta answer the question correctly, too.

I remember playing this over at milnet.

That they do!  It's better to guess than ponder too long on any particular question, it really effects your score!

Congrats Eupher thats' some speedy reading and a sharp mind  :cheersmate:

Pretty good but you ain't no "E"

I took this quiz the way I took them in college:

1. Read the question
2. Read the question again to make sure you read it right
3. Answer the question
4. Look at the answers to see if any match or an answer better than yours
5. If match or known better answer, select
6. If not, reread and redo 3-5
7. If still no match, skip and return and retry and, if needed, use guess-fu

That slows things down.

Next time, I shoot from the hip

I feel I did pretty good considering the amount of alcohol in my system tonight.

That was the other problem -- I was under-lubricated.  I had just gotten in from a very intense 2-day go-live (we went live).

I am like Johnny Fever -- the more lubrication, the faster I get.

Well I sucks.  :rotf:
"When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed."

Like I said, my methodology slows me down.  And some people can read seamlessly while others see words that aren't there (a phenomenon called "semantic inclusion") that match the anticipated sentence instead of the one being read.  This is from a brain that interacts with its environment and engages and anticipates.

Others are dyslexic -- a 3D brain in a 2D world where the mental rules that hold written syntax together don't attach properly to the process of reading.

There are many people who suffer from these and some other cognitive difficulties that inhibit and slow the process of reading and comprehending.

The rest are pretty much dumbshits.

Well I took your advice about how to take the test to heart before I started.

However, as much as I'd like to blame you, or the wine, that semantic inclusion thing sounds a lot like me in everyday life. Plus my need to be methodical and competitive for even goofball online test of this sort.  :uhsure:

There was a dog in Peter Pan?

I admit, my ADD kicked in and I only answered two questions and moved onto something else.
