I am more scared today than I was as a young kid during the Cuban Missile Crises of '61
four communications cables does not accidentally get severed or damaged in this short of a time period on chance alone.

14. A lot of knowledge can be gleamed for nefarious persons in seeing what the worlds reaction
 would be alone and not just the benifits of slowing the Iranians down for a few days of which would give the cabal some time to figure out something else. I also think it very possible this cable cutting was brought into the picture because of the bombing of Iran we so far have, I think, barely avoided.

16. Well, during the Cuban Missile Crisis I was in uniform, at morning mess, watching the nuclear subs 
 ... go to sea. It'd take a LOT for me to feel greater misgivings than I had that October morning. The fourth cable outage is attributed to a power supply problem, not a break. Nonetheless, one would have to be a dedicated Coincidence Theorist to not see some intent at play ... not to mention opportunism.

22. I think I read that Saudi Arabia and Israel have some communications left
 but they are cabal powered so we can't count on them to help to get any info out. I worry for the Iranian's right now
