Got an e-mail reminder from NFL.com

Just in case anyone didn't know... it seems the Super Bowl is this weekend.
"When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed."

I live in Phoenix. Every TV station has reminded me of this for two weeks now.  :banghead:

Every time they talk about the SB on my favorite radio show, they have a sound clip of some guy yelling "Glendale!"
If you want to worship an orange pile of garbage with a reckless disregard for everything, get on down to Arbys & try our loaded curly fries.

Between the Superbowl in the west side, and the golf tournament on the east side, I feel smothered in sports this week.

That's okay though. Today I went to Glendale's Chocolate Affaire. I'm a happy girl now.  :-)
