The only people in this country with decent, affordable health insurance are those who work for BIG bidniss or the gubmint. The rest us pay through our ****ing noses or we do without. Many more of us work for small bidniss. You know ... Mom and Pop companies who can barely afford employees, let alone to pay for health care. Most of us who even *have* decent jobs are damned glad for that. Health insurance is a big bonus that many of us just don't have or pay for at the expense of other things we need nearly as bad.

Get your ****ing heads out of your collective asses. Promise us health care and the white house is yours.

I don't give a shit if you're a Democrat, a Republican, a Green, a Libertarian, a Communist, a Socialist, or a Bullshitist. If you tell me in a way I would believe that you're for single payer, you got my vote.

The resta yuz? Feh .... quit blowin' in my ear.
"The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism, but under the name of liberalism they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until one day America will be a socialist nation without ever knowing how it happened."

Get the government OUT of the ****ing healthcare business, you DUmbass. Health insurance has skyrocketed ever since the damn government became involved.

Are you idiots really this stupid? Nevermind. Rhetorical.  ::)

BTW, I wonder how many of these fools were sucking on Edwards before he dropped out?  :whatever:
NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

Free,or so they think, health care is their obsession right now because they think it will get them disqualified from the workforce needed to provide it.

Walk around the Island and simmering right beneath is a growing demand for "free" housing and I am sure food is included or will be.

They pretend to be for the good of all yet in truth they only care about themselves and what they can get.
It is why they accuse everyone else of the same.

You know, I find this primitive obsession with medical care particularly fascinating.

Medical care of course is important, but so are education, engineering infrastructure, jobs, future generations.

Sigmund Freud would probably understand this obsession with medical care to be the primitive fear of dying.

It's a wholly natural, and good, thing to fear death.

However, death is inevitable, and nothing can be done about it.

One detects in all of the primitive campfires about medical care a sweaty fear and terror, and a desperate hope that medical care will make them live forever.

Alas! the poor primitives! Alas!

Even if this nation were to dedicate 100% of its income to medical care--and none at all to education, to roads and communications and commerce, to the future generations--that expenditure of 100% of all our income would not prevent the inevitable death of a single person.

Alas! the poor primitives! Alas! not destined to be immortal, the primitives! Alas!

Actually, Frank, I think it has more to do with demanding that someone else to foot the bill when the consequences of their poor life choices come home to roost.  It's not as much fun to be a drug-addled AIDS-ridden obese layabout if when the inevitable afflictions that accompany that lifestyle occur, the cost comes out of one's own pocket.  It's much more comfortable to let some nameless evil corporation get stuck so Nanny Government can make it all better for them.

It is probably a combination of many things but all rooted in an emotional and mental immaturity.
That is why feelings, not thinking, are the driving force behind all of the DUmmies wishes.

They feel they deserve everything they want and throw tantrums when reality denies them that.

Think of a six year olds outlook on the world and that is how a DUmmie views life at every age.

Remember Frank, we're talking the party of emotions here. Someone told them that healthcare was the single most important issue the government needs to deal with, then told them a few sob stories and walla healthcare is now of vital concern to libs everywhere.

Dear Sparkly holds your set,

Everything you do in life involves risk versus reward. You pursue some things, but it restricts something else you might have pursued. An example of this? Those working in 'big bidness' have traded off entrepreneurship and POTENTIAL of vastly more income in order for the security they believe they will have with an employer providing benefits. Many in small business believe a stable benefit plan is something worth trading away in pursuit of their dreams. As someone seeking employment you make  a choice to apply to big and small businesses and the pluses and minuses of doing so. If you wish to work in the incense and whippet shop run by a couple of old hippies, you should do so because you enjoy working there and maybe you think you bring something of value to the place--your reasons should be the fluffy ass ones you and your ilk are always waxing poetic about--after all you are the ones who are above being ruled by the almight dollar right? You are morally more superior then the guy in a suit making sure to meet his bottom line--right? right? Those who chose differently are under no obligation to trade something of value so that you can have everything including your dream of working in the scent and dope shop.

Signed,
A conservative who is tired of greedy liberal values

PS It's ok to hold your own cajones once in a while. Generally your wife should only be holding them during your more intimate moments.

I'm sorry but if you have been a leach onsociety, never adding, your entire life, I don't want to extend it at my expense.  This is a limited comodity and not a right.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
