If the writers are still on strike how is there a new Americanidol?

There was an advertisement for it on the radio saying it was brand new. Isn't it live? Or do they tape them live and then run them later, so it could have been done before the writers strike?

For once.......I'm going to say listen to all the other dumb primitives

2. Writers don't have to 'write' for the kids to sing,
That's how the reality shows are flourishing, they don't involve a lot of original writing.

Couldn't listen could ya RGB??

3. The people on the show have to know what to say? If there aren't writers

that can't happen.

What a unique and new kind of stupid you have found CH. Your CC's own Dian Fossey.  :cheersmate:

One day there will be a movie made about your discovery.  :lmao:
"When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - you may know that your society is doomed."

For the self-described gifted and talented, the reality show writers are not on strike.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

I wonder who writes RGB's dialog when he's at a party or out with friends? I mean, if there aren't any writers how's he going to know what to say?
