They'll still be the first to suffer.  When those who donate to charity are under financial distress, the charities go under...and Uncle Obama is not going to give anywhere near as sacrificially as Bible Thumpers and other conservatives.

The St Louis Art Museum had a huge project planned to expand their exhibit space. The charities are indeed going under. The project has been postponed til more funds are available. They said "probably til the spring". They just weren't all that specific about which spring.
