Ham/potato au gratin casserole

Too busy to spend lots of time preparing?  Give this a shot.  Also very inexpensive and goes great with a salad on the side...

Ham and Potato Au Gratin Casserole

1 box Au Gratin potato mix with ingredients as listed on box (typically boiling water, butter, and milk)
1 lb ham steak
1 1/2 tbsp horseradish (to taste)
1 cup broccoli florets
Cheddar cheese

Dice ham cubes and add to butter, potatoes, cheese mix, and horseradish.

Add broccoli to water and bring to a boil.  Once water is boiling, add to potatoes per box directions and mix until cheese mix blended.  Stir in milk if called for.  Pour entire mixture into casserole dish (usually a 2-quart casserole will be fine).  Top with grated cheese if desired.

Bake per box instructions, or about 450 deg F for 20 minutes.  Remove, allow to cool for 5 minutes, then serve.

Awesome, easy, inexpensive, and quick.
