Just as predicted, the man caught taking a sledgehammer to the Iwo Jima Memorial statue outside the Marine basic at Quantico, Va., is an illegal alien.Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin shared the update about the Wednesday monument attack late on the evening of October 22. I reported yesterday that Miguel Alonso Maldonado Soriano was quite possibly an illegal alien, and had more than one criminal charge already on his record. Virginia is not only a sanctuary state for illegal aliens, but under Gov. Abigail Spanberger (D), it has released numerous incredibly dangerous killers or sexual criminals.Melugin explained, “Per federal sources, Soriano illegally crossed into the U.S. in December 1999. He was granted DACA by the Obama administration in 2014 and had it extended for years, most recently by the Biden admin in 2024, but he lost his DACA status in August of this year when it wasn’t renewed by the Trump administration.”
Two former FBI intelligence offiials appeared in federal court Friday on charges of making false statements to Congress about their roles in investigating Hunter Biden's laptop in the closing weeks of the 2020 presidential election cycle. The ex-agents are Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides, who each specialized in foreign election interference, according to the Associated Press.According to the Justice Department's Oct. 20 affidavit, Floris and Benavides made "materially false statements" as part of the House Judiciary Committee's 2023 probe about their involvement in a specialized FBI foreign-influence task force that was investigating Biden, the son of former President Joe Biden, and their knowledge of his laptop....FBI Director Kash Patel said in a statement that Floris led the FBI's since-dissolved Foreign Influence Task Force as deputy assistant director from mid-2019 through mid-2022 and that Benavides was the section chief from mid-2019 through the 2020 election. "Both testified that the FITF was not involved in the Hunter Biden investigations," Patel said. "Documentary evidence, contemporaneous communications, and witness accounts contradict their testimony." Patel also alleged that Floris was recorded privately claiming to be “running a shadow government” during the 2020 election in her role on the task force.
Jared Kushner is pushing back on a report involving a hacked iPhone, international spies and billion-dollar transfers from foreign governments. An upcoming book by journalist Matthew Cole claims Kushner, who is President Trump's son-in-law, had access to more than $2 billion in "slush money funds" from Middle Eastern leaders in an attempt to influence U.S. foreign policy. An excerpt of the book released Thursday details allegations encompassing Kushner's time as a senior White House adviser during the first Trump administration, which included a lead role in U.S. policy in the Middle East. Kushner had a major hand in negotiating key foreign policy deals that involved Israel, the Gulf states, China and Russia during that period.Kushner and his legal team released fiery statements Thursday night categorically denying all accusations against him. Kushner said, "The allegations made by this author are completely insane and never happened." His attorney called them "false and defamatory" and said they intend to pursue legal action against those responsible, but did not specify whom.
Jared Kushner pushes back on report involving hacked phone, spies, billion-dollar transferThe Vanity Fair article/excerpt is for subscribers and I didn't feel like looking up workarounds to see, but in seeking supporting evidence for the claims, my thoughts went to "Why was this information saved for a book to make money off of and get dropped days before midterms instead of turned over to authorities for prosecution?"
