Pissed off 90 year old woman...

Earlier today I dropped a friend off at the clinic for a doctor's appt. Later as I was waiting in the pickup line to get her an older woman slowly walked past on her way to the parking lot. She was walking with a cane and struggling a bit. I rolled down my window and asked her if I could her help her in any way.

She responded that she was okay but she was sort of pissed. She told me some of her polio symptoms had returned. She went on to explain that she was 90 years old and she first got polio in 1942. We went on to share about friends and family members who had polio and the fact that it can come back.

Then she went on to talk about the stupid parents who won't vaccinate their kids and how much she hates that Kennedy kid.

Is it just me or does this not make any sense and has no point

Whether the is true-ish or fictional:

1. "That Kennedy kid" refers to RFK Jr., whose Children's Defense Fund website is a nest of anti-vaxxers, some raising concerns worth studying, some posting craziness, including some against The Vaccine (Covid vaccines);

2. DURHAM D is probably invoking the DU-grade Prog stereotype that all conservatives are anti-vaxxers. In the real world: many, probably most, conservatives are not; many Libs and Progs are (I saw this in discussions of public schools' vaccination requirements on a homeschooling discussion site that had a lot of liberals - 1999-2001, when usage of "Progressive" was not yet back in vogue).
