Robert F. Kennedy Jr. warned Americans on the eve of the 9/11 terrorist attack anniversary.
America stands for liberty, equality, freedom of religion, Biblical morality, civil rights, and meritocracy. Islam stands for theocratic tyranny, religiously motivated genocide, sexual perversion, slavery, and violence. Inevitably, there is a struggle between the two ideologies for global dominance. And there are countless Muslims both in the United States and around the world who want to see a second 9/11 — Democrat campaign surrogate Hasan Piker practically said as much. Kennedy’s warning at the Republican midterm convention is particularly timely as this September 11 is the 25th anniversary of the infamous al-Qaeda attacks.
RFK Jr. is in a position in life where people screaming, "Islamophobe!" at him won't faze him. Few, if any, of the screamers have actually read the Qur'an.
Some may have seen quotes about living peacefully among non-Muslims, but do not realize that the other, believed to be later, verses teach violence. In Qur'anic terms, "later" means those verse replaced the peaceful verses. IOW, those commonly termed "Jihadis" or "radical Muslims" can show you from the Qur'an why they believe they are faithful to the Qur'an.
The practical problem is that a majority of Muslims are not out there perpetrating violence. Whether they follow the older, "peaceful", verses or are just cultural Muslims - observing Friday and eschewing port - they aren't perpetrating violence. But they are a potential reservoir of Muslims who could be radicalized.
For any DU-grade Prog who might see this, Before you scream "Islamophobe", get a copy of the Qur'an and read it, every Surah. I did that, nearly 25 years ago.
