I've watched several interviews with Abdul El-Sayed

He sounds like your average liberal democrat. Nothing radical about him at all. I don't understand what people are getting worked up about. We need to support all democrats in November. None of them are perfect on every issue but at least they are not trying to destroy our democracy.

Oh really? Destroying capitalism, putting Jews in concentration camps, and  instituting Sharia Law aren't "destroying our democracy"?

And for the umpteenth time, we don't live in a "Democracy", it is a representative republic.

And really, "destroying our democracy" is just another of the left's rote-learned catchphrases. Just say "something, something, destroying our democracry... blah, blah, dangerous disinformation... something, something, existential threat...", and you'll be as good as most left-wing politicians at public speaking.
