A judge has approved an aggravated murder trial for Charlie Kirk’s accused killer, with the possibility of the death penalty.

Courtroom attendees at the proceedings so far against accused killer Tyler Robinson say there is clear video of Robinson shooting Charlie Kirk, adding to the evidence already amassed against him. And yet despite that video, despite all the text messages in which Robinson allegedly admitted to his LGBTQ partner that he had committed the crime, and despite the fact that Robinson’s own family convinced him to turn himself in after discussing the matter with him, Robinson has now pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him. Hopefully, if convicted, he gets the death penalty.

All the evidence and witness testimony is against Robinson, so it would take a completely political and biased decision to cast all that aside in Robinson’s favor. This is not a murder trial with any reasonable doubt.

Judge Tony Graf made the decision to proceed with the aggravated murder trial, as noted above. “The state also alleges that the defendant intentionally selected Mr. Kirk because of Mr. Kirk's political expression under Utah Code 76-3-203.14,” Graf said in a clip which Nick Sortor posted on X.

I know there sometimes are preliminary proceedings between arraignment and criminal trial, but the scale of this puzzles me some. It's almost like it was a pre-trial trial. Is this commonly done, but not followed by the MSM? Maybe an ordinary proceeding protracted by Robinson and his lawyer to cause pain/stress to Erika Kirk? Or was this a unique aspect of Utah law?

WHAT HAPPENED: Secretary for Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin has attributed over 200 deaths caused by migrant trucker drivers to policies implemented by the Biden government.

DETAIL: Secretary Mullin accused the Biden government of enabling unqualified migrant drivers to operate 18-wheelers without proper testing. He attributed 239 deaths caused by migrant truck drivers to the Biden government’s policies. “These individuals are dangerous, and because of the failure from the previous administration, from the Biden administration, they’ve killed hundreds of people, and unfortunately injured thousands,” said Secretary Mullin during a press conference on Monday. When a reporter suggested that the number of deaths caused by unqualified migrant truckers was relatively small, the DHS chief pointed to an injured girl on the side of the stage and replied, “Are you saying one percent is okay? Because… Every single illegal that maims or kills an individual is 100 percent preventable. I’m trying to prevent every one of them. I don’t care if it’s a fraction of one percent—I’m coming after you.”

Every death by an illegal driving a truck is a death that should not have happened. The illegal should not be in the US.

EXCLUSIVE: The White House and Department of Homeland Security are pushing back on "false narratives" being advanced by the mainstream media and bringing the receipts after the Washington Post and New York Times reported that noncriminal ICE arrests are skyrocketing under President Donald Trump.

The Washington Post reported last week that ICE is arresting "soaring numbers" of "noncriminal" illegal immigrants. The outlet said the agency had "detained more people without a criminal record this year than in all of 2025." The New York Times took a similar line, reporting that "ICE arrests soar as people with no criminal record are increasingly targeted."

However, Lauren Bis, a special assistant to the president and White House spokeswoman, told Fox News Digital that though "nearly 70% of illegal aliens arrested by ICE have been convicted or charged with a crime in the United States," the "actual arrests of public safety threats and criminals is much higher." This, she said, is due to many of the "noncriminal" illegal immigrants arrested by ICE having prior criminal history in their home country, including murder, child sex abuse and gang activity.

"These are just a few of the media's ‘non-criminals,’" said Bis, adding, "Why does the mainstream media continue to peddle false narratives protecting criminal illegal aliens?"

The answer to that "question" is simple. MSM folk either hate Trump or are too intimidated to acknowledge that they do not.

Mayor Mamdani and Chancellor Samuels Put Students First with Nation’s Broadest Generative AI Moratorium in Schools

 Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani and Schools Chancellor Kamar H. Samuels today announced a moratorium on student-facing generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) use in schools, alongside a new screen time policy, a decision that will impact nearly 600,000 public school students, or two-thirds of the system’s total enrollment. The policy establishes a one-year moratorium, effective in the 2026-2027 school year, on student-facing generative AI for children in 2-K through 8th grade. It also introduces twice-yearly AI critical thinking modules for high schoolers, limited AI pilots for a small number of high school classrooms and age-appropriate screen time restrictions.

“Children need teachers and human connection in order to learn and grow. They need to develop skills alongside their peers, build relationships with educators and wrestle with tough problems on their own,” said Mayor Mamdani. “The tech industry wants us to believe that A.I.-powered early education is not only inevitable, but necessary. We do not see it that way. That’s why we’re implementing a moratorium on generative AI for students in 2-K through 8th grade and spending the next year studying the impacts of this technology.”

Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough, but I'm not seeing exactly what this "ban" means.  Students can't use AI for their assignments?  Great, shouldn't be anyway, but who's keeping track and what are the consequences for defying the ban?  Comes off to me as big words that don't amount to much action.

The Dim'Rats have always been a "do as i say, not as I do" management style.

If WE were to ...say engage in chattel slavery, route native tribes to reservations via a Trail of Tears, launch a Civil War, imprison journalists in gulags for not being sufficiently rah-rah in support of World War I, or imprison millions of Americans for the duration of World War II solely due to the origins of their ancestors, they'd be all over us like stink on shit. But call them out when THEY do it, and somehow it's still us to blame for their total disregard of the laws and common decency.
