Planet Fitness canceled a woman’s membership — apparently forging her signature to do so — and called the police after the woman expressed discomfort that a large male was using female shower facilities. That “transgender”-identifying male is reportedly Christopher Beaulieu, who is a serial criminal and registered sex offender.

The established facts, based on Judy Walcott's testimony, are that Planet Fitness staff not only canceled her membership but later called police on her, claiming trespass after she requested a refund for her unused month of membership. The mentally ill man whose use of female facilities reportedly triggered the incident is tentatively identified as Beaulieu, a pedophile.

Judy Walcott has long been a member at a Concord, N.H., Planet Fitness, but had a shock on April 11 when she saw a man in the locker room's shower area. "I was shaking. Like I was actually trembling because it freaked me out that bad," she told Fox News. She ... went to the front desk to report the man. The employee at the front said there was nothing staff could possibly do about the man in the women's room because it was company policy to allow him there. The employee didn't even bother to head to the locker room to assess the situation.

A few days later, Walcott spoke with a different staff member and explained her safety concerns. This employee merely accused Walcott of being "transphobic" and ignored her complaint. ... Later that same day, the gym's manager called Walcott and told her that her membership was now canceled because of a "policy violation" but did not explain which policy.

Walcott later found that the gym had charged her for another month despite the cancellation. She did find a document requesting cancellation of her membership that was to be effective May 16 and listed "Nondiscrimination Trans" in the comment section. Walcott did not authorize the document, though it showed her signature, and she says the signature must have been forged. ...

The New Hampshire Registration of Criminal Offenders database shows that Beaulieu has a 2011 conviction for felonious sexual assault of a victim somewhere between 13 and 15 years of age. He also has a slew of misdemeanors stretching back to 2009 and four felony assault convictions between 2011 and 2012. ... If this is the man who was using Planet Fitness's female locker room, it's disgusting that gym employees are protecting him.

"You know, she's obviously an idiot. Bottom line is, bring it. I'm sick of the threats from some of these out of touch Democrats," Homan said Thursday.

1. The first Supergirl comic was published in 1958 (I had to look it up). The strong female hero Wilma Deering was introduced in the first Buck Rogers novel in 1928. In the book, Wilma assumes leadership of her band when Buck was captured and after a time led his rescue. Strong female heroes have been accepted in US cultures for at least a century.

2. Alienating a large percentage of your potential audience is almost never wise. Ask the Ditzy Tricks how bashing GWB worked for them, and ask Kathy the Griffin how her Trump-Head stunt worked out for her.

DOJ Charges 15 Over $90 Million Minnesota Fraud Schemes

Criminal charges have been filed against 15 accused fraudsters in Minnesota, involving more than $90 million in taxpayers’ dollars, federal officials announced on May 21 at a news conference in Minneapolis.

“Today, we are holding scammers accountable who ripped off the American taxpayer and harmed those deserving legitimate assistance from these programs,” acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said in a statement.

According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), the 15 defendants charged under the so-called Minnesota Health Care Fraud Takedown initiative include owners of child care centers as well as multiple Medicaid providers, including those involved in the two largest Medicaid fraud cases for which charges have ever been brought in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
 
“These alleged con artists stole taxpayer dollars while providing substandard care for children and abandoning at least one Medicaid recipient as they passed away,” Blanche said, listing some of the worst offenses alleged in the charges.

This is Medicaid fraud - Federally funded but state oversight. In this case, AGAIN, lack of oversight (Wink! Wink!), akin to the "Feeding Our Future" lack of oversight (Wink! Wink!) by the State of Minnesota.

Trump's and Vance's anti-fraud effort is looking like trying to cleaning out the Augean stables without a river to help with the clean-out.

Harmeet Dhillon Says She Received Ballots for Prior Residents

As concerns over election fraud continue to mount, and President Donald Trump pressures Congress to pass the SAVE America Act, multiple high profile individuals, including a top Department of Justice (DOJ) official, have reported receiving more than one ballot. If people who are not so honest receive multiple ballots in the mail and decide to fill out all of them, this alone could be an election-determining factor.

The Daily Caller’s Editor-in-Chief Amber Duke posted the image and message below, noting that her colleague had received five ballots in the mail, four of them for other people. DOJ Civil Rights Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon replied to Duke, “I received ballots for prior residents of my home in addition to my own. One was for someone who hasn’t lived there for years!”

Nicholas Kristof is clearly smarting from the criticism from within and without The New York Times about his "dog rape" claims.

Those claims are so thinly and badly sourced that, while the newspaper's PR department keeps defending them, the actual news pages of the paper have totally avoided mentioning what would be one of the most explosive stories of 2026.

Does anybody think that the Times' reporters wouldn't love to expose such a story? It hits every Narrative™point they have been playing up for years. But, aside from the rantings of antisemites and schizoids, there is no "there" there.

Now he is at it again, promoting the ridiculous claims of the anti-Israeli/pro-Hamas flotilla freaks of Israel creating a "torture boat," in much the same way that Greta Thunberg pretended she had been abused by Jews when she tried to smuggle "aid" into Israel.
